Order Processing

All orders are subject to review and verification prior to shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received and verified. Processing times may vary due to order volume, verification requirements, holidays, or other operational considerations.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders with invalid or non-U.S. addresses may be canceled.


Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at checkout or at our discretion based on order size, destination, and service availability. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of our error.


Risk of Loss

All shipments are deemed delivered and risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped, when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status and coordinate with the carrier if necessary.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs enforcement, acts of God, or other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
