These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (“Site”) and any products purchased through it. By accessing this Site or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site or any associated services.
1. Research Use Only – Regulatory Emphasis
All products sold by Mammoth Muscle Peptides are intended exclusively for qualified institutional laboratory research. These compounds are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical use. Products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes or other controlled investigational settings.
Under no circumstances shall Mammoth Muscle Peptides products be used for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application. This includes, but is not limited to, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, supplements, or drugs. Any representation by a customer or third party implying suitability for human use constitutes a direct violation of these Terms.
Mammoth Muscle Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and block future purchases if we have reason to believe that a customer is misrepresenting intended use, attempting to procure products for human application, or is not a qualified research entity. We may conduct internal reviews—including assessment of order patterns, shipping details, and publicly available information—to determine potential misuse or regulatory violations and may report such activity to relevant authorities.
2. Eligibility and Restrictions
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Mammoth Muscle Peptides. By placing an order, you affirm that you are legally eligible and authorized to receive, possess, and handle restricted research materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You further represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a licensed institution, laboratory, university, or registered business engaged in lawful scientific research. Purchasers must be familiar with proper handling procedures and possess the required certifications, training, or institutional oversight to safely store, study, and dispose of these materials.
Any unauthorized use or deviation from approved research applications constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Consideration and Your Compliance with this Agreement
You acknowledge that this Agreement is supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, including your ability to access the Site and purchase products. You represent that you have the legal capacity to be bound by this Agreement, or, if acting on behalf of an entity, that you have authority to bind such entity.
4. Domestic U.S. Sales Only
Mammoth Muscle Peptides ships only within the United States. International orders are not accepted. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address is a valid U.S. location associated with a qualified research organization. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions may result in order cancellation.
5. Payment and Verification
We accept major credit and debit cards, and Zelle. Orders are not finalized until payment has been successfully processed and verified. All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to verify your identity, payment credentials, institutional affiliation, and intended use prior to fulfillment. Orders may be delayed or canceled if fraud, noncompliance, or misuse is suspected.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Orders are typically shipped within one business day following verification. Once the shipment is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser. Mammoth Muscle Peptides is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, though we will assist in resolution where feasible.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns or products not in original condition may be refused or disposed of without refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Defective or incorrect shipments must be reported within five business days of receipt.
8. No Warranties and Limited Liability
All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mammoth Muscle Peptides makes no representations regarding accuracy, stability, efficacy, or suitability for any particular research purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mammoth Muscle Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mammoth Muscle Peptides, its affiliates, officers, and employees from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of products.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, product data, and software—is the intellectual property of Mammoth Muscle Peptides and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Amendments and Enforcement
Mammoth Muscle Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
