LL-37

LL-37 is a human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide composed of 37 amino acids, derived from the C-terminal portion of the precursor protein hCAP18. It is widely studied for its role in innate immunity, wound healing, and inflammatory modulation. LL-37 exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and is involved in regulating immune cell chemotaxis, cytokine release, and epithelial barrier defense.
